Pro Dims is hiring Civil Construction/Project Managers locally to represent project owners throughout construction of public improvement projects in the Puget Sound area.
The CM/PM will be the primary point of contact, working closely with the owner, consulting team, designer, and contractor. This role requires strong communication skills to lead the CM team and manage stakeholders. Candidates should be detail-oriented to oversee construction activities and ensure successful delivery of projects.
BS degree in Construction Management, and 15-years’ experience
Experience with the administration of multidisciplinary public works construction contracts, with specific experience with roadway, storm-water, traffic control systems, and real time information signs (RTS)
Familiar with Port of Seattle, SDOT, City of Seattle, WSDOT, King County Transit, Sound Transit standards and procedures
Preferred certifications PE, PMP, (ENVSP) and CCM, CESCL
