We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who will help lead our front end and keep that Bob’s experience strong every single day.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to leader for our cashiers and service desk team, making sure customers are greeted with a smile, lines move quickly, and problems get solved the right way. You’ll set the tone for the front end — positive, helpful, and always focused on the customer.

- Making sure every customer leaves happy
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Managing registers, cash handling, and daily front‑end operations
- Helping train and develop new team members
- Working closely with store leadership to keep things running smoothly
Daytime hours plus one evening per week until 8:00 PM, and weekends as needed.
