Service Cashier Responsibilities- Greet customers in the Service Department and provide friendly, efficient support
- Process service payments accurately, including cash, card, and warranty transactions
- Close repair orders and maintain organized payment and invoice records
- Assist with answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and directing customer inquiries
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians with light administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean, professional cashier and customer waiting area
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience with every visit

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and paperwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and familiarity with office systems
- Ability to learn dealership software and follow established processes
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
