Location:
Redmond, WA
Repair Station Support role to work weekend shift, Fri–Sun 5:30 am–6:00 pm. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours.
Essential Job Functions Customer Service Support- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre‑sales or post‑sales service functions.
- Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
- Updates databases with status of returned materials and accounts for returns inventory.
- Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensures service information is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
- May schedule field service repair calls and handles requests for additional company materials.
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
- Enters data from a source document into a computer system.
- Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness.
- May convert data from one electronic system to another.
- Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
Education/
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrates familiarity of job duties (typically 1–2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position).
- Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.
- Employment contingent on passing a pre‑employment background check and drug test, including cannabis screening.
Salary is $20.12 – $27.22 per hour. Mid‑point is $23.67.
