Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary

A growing financial services organization in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support client relationships and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing service support. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys client communication, account coordination, and working closely with internal teams.

The Client Services Coordinator will serve as a key contact for clients, helping manage requests, documentation, account activity, service updates, and follow-up items. This role offers the chance to build strong professional relationships, contribute to process improvements, and grow within a collaborative environment that values responsiveness, accuracy, teamwork, and excellent client service.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to questions, requests, and service needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation collection, account setup, client communication, and follow-up tracking.
• Support account management and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, tracking deliverables, and assisting with client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, account information, service documentation, and communication history in CRM systems.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues, coordinate deliverables, and ensure client needs are met.
• Help monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service processes, workflows, and the overall customer experience.

• Direct hire position.
• Salary range: $58,000 to $70,000 per year.
