The Ideal Setup: We operate in a beautifully equipped 5-operatory practice supported by 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, and dedicated administrative support. You will never feel thrown into a chaotic overflow; our patient pace allows us to deliver high-quality, comprehensive family, cosmetic, and restorative care.
Modern Technology: Work daily with advanced digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, laser dentistry, and modern infection control standards.

Chairside Assisting: Provide active 4-handed chairside assistance to our doctors during general, cosmetic, restorative, and oral surgery procedures.
Patient Comfort: Warmly greet patients, review medical histories, explain procedure steps, and ensure a calm, comfortable experience.
Clinical Preparation: Set up/break down treatment operatories using strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
Imaging & Diagnostics: Take clear digital dental radiograph (X-rays) and intraoral photos as directed by the dentist.
Lab & Inventory Management: Assist with clinical inventory stocking, taking dental impressions/scans, and coordinating laboratory cases.
Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (DA License): Active registration with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is required prior to start date.
BLS / CPR Certification: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
X-Ray / Radiology Proficiency: Washington state-compliant dental radiography skills.
Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on chairside Dental Assistant experience preferred (general dentistry background is a strong plus).
Communication: Exceptional patient communication and phone/interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Reliable, punctual, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment.
