To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:

  • At least 1 year of dental experience
  • Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
  • Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
  • Personable and professional communication skills
  • Stellar time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

More about your role as a Dental Treatment Coordinator:

  • Plan dental treatment and discuss a financial plan with patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments; dental receptionist duties
  • Update patient personal insurance information
  • Enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts
  • Prepare daily deposits
  • Run A/R reports and insurance
