RISE is seeking passionate and dedicated Middle and High School Teachers across subject areas to deliver engaging, inquiry-based instruction aligned with the IB framework. The ideal candidate fosters academic growth, intellectual curiosity, and strong character while supporting students’ spiritual and personal development.

• Teach assigned middle and/or high school subject(s) using engaging, student-centered, and inquiry-based instructional strategies.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards and IB principles.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and academic needs.
• Integrate critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world connections into lessons.
• Incorporate Islamic values and character education where appropriate.
• Implement the RISE Student Learner Profile to support student growth and reflection.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and respectful classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide timely, meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary units and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide activities.

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
• Teaching experience preferred
  , especially at the middle or high school level.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the IB framework
