Position Overview
Frost Elementary School is seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for a Resource Room setting for the school year. This is a 0.5 FTE continuing position. Building administrators will contact selected candidates for interview.
Responsibilities- Provide academic and behavioral supports to students who spend the majority of their time in general education.
- Deliver pull-out services, push-in supports, or co-teach with general education teachers.
Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
Salary and BenefitsPaid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and responsibility. Additional technology stipend and professional fund. See LWEA salary schedule posted on the website. Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
