What You’ll Do
  • Manage the flow of critical project documentation for a major roadway and bridge initiative.
  • Log, track, and distribute drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure teams work from the latest approved information.
  • Maintain document control logs, revision histories, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate daily with project staff and client representatives to keep workflows efficient and accurate.
  • Support audits, reporting, and reviews to maintain project integrity.
  • Use advanced document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Must-Haves
  • Local to the Greater Seattle Area – This is an onsite role; remote work is not available.
  • Experience in document control or records management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and standard office technology.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineers, inspectors, and client teams.
Preferred
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Construction Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with roadway, bridge, or heavy civil projects.
  • Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and submittal processes.
  • Fast-paced, project-based role supporting an active construction site or project office.
  • Requires accuracy, organization, and responsiveness in a dynamic team setting.
