Echodyne is seeking a Sr. Program Manager with experience in hardware and software product development to join our team working in a fast‑paced environment developing high‑performance commercial radar solutions. The Sr. Program Manager has a critical role in Echodyne’s relentless pursuit of delivering advanced radar solutions to our customers. The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to develop products that support Echodyne’s business growth objectives.

The role will include development of hardware/software products and standalone IoT software applications.

• Deliver innovative products that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodyne’s core technology differentiation
• Define, plan, and manage complex development programs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing
• Track and report program status and metrics
• Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies

• Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers
• Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information
• Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives
• Experience leading hardware development programs
• Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners

• Experience leading embedded software or software application development programs
• Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or software
• Experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA
• Experience in Agile or hybrid waterfall‑Agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
