- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in technical leadership with industrial power system design, development, and testing, including data centers.
- Experience with electrical distribution, energy storage, and electrical generation technologies, including other microgrid resources.
- Experience with high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems.
- Understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and building codes.
- Ability to solve technical problems across the electrical engineering and controls domain.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Lead executive team members on creating future data center architecture concepts and designs.
- Investigate renewable power generation and storage technologies and find the best ways to implement them.
- Create and maintain a plan of record for electrical single‑line and layouts that will help quick implementation in the field.
- Develop architecture and products which will form the reference design for Google data centers.
- Implement solutions that lead to fast, cost‑effective construction and delivery.
