About the Role:

This job requires the ability to act independently, work with urgency, and handle various challenges with confidence. This person is expected to commit to the success of PACE and hold themselves and others to a high standard of achievement.
️ What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development project on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations
* Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
* Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
* Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
* PE license
* 10+ years of engineering experience
* 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Excellent client service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
* Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes
