ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Engineering Technician for our well-established client in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will perform complex technical tasks to help engineers with activities related to product development.
- Develop plans based on discussions, diagrams, descriptions, and layouts to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions.
- Determine how to correct complex malfunctions of electronic systems.
- Design, construct, and verify test equipment.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Advanced electrical/electronic circuit/component knowledge.
- Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to design tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Aerospace equipment test equipment (such as DO-160 testing)
- Nuclear industry experience.
- Working knowledge of government grant or government contracts.
