Senior Project Manager – Municipal/InfrastructureFull‑time, exempt Professional – Locations:
Kirkland, WA;
Lake Oswego, OR.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on public works projects that shape local communities – from water systems and stormwater management to parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to municipal clients, manage design and construction phases, and mentor talented team members. This role is results‑driven and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, requiring a proactive, competitive, and focused individual who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Lead design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies.
- Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE license.
- 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience.
- Proven project management and client relationship skills.
- Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design.
- Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact.
- Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes.
