As the Lead Game Product Manager for Monetization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new monetization opportunities for The Sims. You will develop business cases and financial models to inform investment decisions, partnering with Product Management, Analytics, Commercial, and development teams to deliver sustainable business growth and player value.
You will be reporting to the Director of Monetization for The Sims.
Preferred Locations (Hybrid):
Redwood City, Seattle, Vancouver.
- Lead the ideation, assessment, and delivery of new monetization opportunities for The Sims
- Build financial models and business cases for new features in The Sims
- Drive cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, production, design, and analytics, to execute on new opportunities
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth strategies to optimize Sims products
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and partners
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Management, Strategy, or Analytics role, with a focus on monetization or live service
- Previous experience launching and operating monetization products in games
- Analytical background;
Experience analyzing data for insights, and turning those insights into actions - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini in Sheets) to accelerate analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and decision‑making
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
- Passion for games, especially Life Simulation games.
- British Columbia (e.g., Vancouver or Victoria) – $114,300 - $156,200 CAD
- California (e.g., Los Angeles or San Francisco) – $143,800 - $217,200 USD
- Washington (e.g., Seattle or Spokane) – $133,100 - $178,400 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
