As the Lead Game Product Manager for Monetization at The Sims, you will identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities, develop business cases and financial models, and collaborate with Product Management, Analytics, Commercial, and development teams to deliver sustainable business growth and player value. You will report to the Director of Monetization for The Sims.
Preferred Location (Hybrid):
Redwood City, Seattle, or Vancouver.
- Lead the ideation, assessment, and delivery of new monetization opportunities for The Sims.
- Build financial models and business cases for new features in The Sims.
- Drive cross‑functional teams—including commercial, marketing, production, design, and analytics—to execute on new opportunities.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth strategies and optimize Sims products.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and partners.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Analytics, with a focus on monetization or live service.
- Previous experience launching and operating monetization products in games.
- Analytical background; experience analyzing data for insights and turning those insights into actions.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience leveraging AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude and Gemini in Sheets) to accelerate analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and decision‑making.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Passion for games, especially Life Simulation games.
Pay ranges vary by location:
- British Columbia (Vancouver/City): $114,300 - $156,200 CAD
- California (Los Angeles/SF): $143,800 - $217,200 USD
- Washington (Seattle/Spokane): $133,100 - $178,400 USD
