Tax Internship - Summer 2027

This internship provides students with hands‑on experience in tax accounting and exposure to a variety of clients and industries.

• Work with a wide range of clients and industries to gain comprehensive exposure to various business sectors.
• Experience the day‑to‑day life of a tax professional and learn from senior associates, managers, and principals.
• Engage in early and frequent interactions with all levels of staff, including principals and managers, to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Participate in personalized career development initiatives and mentorship programs, receiving guidance and support throughout the internship.
• Attend company‑sponsored training programs conducted by industry leaders within the firm’s international network to enhance technical and leadership skills.

Interns will work with members of the firm to provide accounting services to closely held companies and high net worth individuals, partnering with a mentor who guides them through the internship and answers any questions. The internship is structured to allow flexibility around academic schedules, but interns are expected to work 35 hours a week Monday through Thursday. Sweeney Conrad interns are essential to the team, and the firm seeks to hire successful interns as full‑time employees after graduation.

The pay range for this role is $35.00 per hour. You will be eligible for statutory benefits such as workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance as prescribed by law.
