This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker located in Kirkland, WA. As a Personal Banker, you will engage directly with customers to meet their financial needs, assist with opening and managing accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will handle deposits, promote available banking products, and support customers with financial inquiries to help them achieve their financial goals.

• Proficiency in personal banking practices, including assisting customers with their financial needs
• Familiarity with deposit operations and opening new accounts
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic financial principles and banking products
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced banking environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial
