As a member of the Client Services team, you’ll partner with the Financial Planner to provide a high level of customer service. We are looking for someone with financial services experience to help us deliver outstanding service by building and encouraging the client relationship, and performing all related administrative functions. Outstanding client service and communication skills, combined with a good understanding of finance, are essential for this opportunity.

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, appointment preparation, and supporting the completion of required paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and in good order.
• Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and aid operation teams as needed; supervise incoming rollovers, other investment funding, and transfers to ensure all applicable accounts are moved.
• Document key client achievements and other relevant data into systems to assist in future client interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner while aligning with standard resolution policy, the established corporate process, and regulatory procedures.
• Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with company‑wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed.
• Participate in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.

• Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking skills required.
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands, and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality.

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market‑based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $54,000 ‑ $71,000. Final base pay will be determined based on responsibilities, job‑related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual target cash bonus, and you may earn additional cash bonuses for your contributions throughout the year.

Bonus amounts are determined by individual contributions, team results, and, in some cases, the revenue your team generates.
