Job Responsibilities
- Own the finance and insurance (F&I) process — guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products with confidence and clarity
- Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability
- Clearly explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
- Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation
Pay Range:
Make between $180,000 - $220,000!

- Proven experience as an automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership environment
- Deep knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Corporate Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
