Target Pay Range for this position is $26.00 – $32.12 hourly. Compensation decisions are determined based on job‑related skills, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, performance‑based incentives are available.

- Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation, including business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
- Sign all line and loan documents for outbound and inbound call center activities, ensuring member needs are fulfilled.
- Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs, budgeting, debt management, or access to financial planning resources.
- Deliver the same high‑quality service to multiple POD branches through required rotation.
- Work within a pod of nearby branches in BECU’s East District.
- Rotate across all pod branches for up to the first year or longer as a core expectation.
- Maintain a minimum of one year in the role, POD, and schedule before pursuing other opportunities within BECU.
- Undergo a 12‑week in‑house training program at the Tukwila Financial Center.
- Be able to commute between branches and training location.
- Adapt to varying schedules and branch assignments with at least 30 days' notice.
- Work flexible shifts Monday–Friday (8:00AM–6:30PM) and up to three Saturdays per month (8:30AM–1:30PM).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in a sales‑oriented, financial, or retail environment.
- One year of experience in a financial institution.
- Spanish language fluency (highly desirable).
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
- Strong proficiency and comfort learning new systems and programs, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to successfully complete 12‑week in‑house training program after hire.
- Comprehensive understanding of credit union objectives, product and service solutions.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to membership, deposit, and loan products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily member interactions.
- Problem‑resolution, negotiation, organizational, multi‑tasking, and peer‑coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
