Finance Manager | Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland

Job Location:

DCJ of Kirkland (CJOK) - Kirkland, WA 98034

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $ per year, including 13%-17% commission on Back Payable Gross; bonus potential for exceeding customer satisfaction scores and for employees meeting or exceeding PVR and service contract sold penetration, subject to terms of pay plan.

  • Paid Time Off:
    All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; after 120 months of continuous service, 80 hours each anniversary year.
Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing of their purchases; present additional product offerings to enhance vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
  • Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
  • Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as F&I Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Eagerness to improve.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
