Job Responsibilities
**** Own the finance and insurance (F&I) process — guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products with confidence and clarity
* Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability
* Clearly explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
* Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products
* Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation

Make between $180,000 - $220,000!

*** Finance Manager Qualifications
**** Proven experience as an automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership environment
* Deep knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and regulatory compliance
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
* Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
* Corporate Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
