What You'll Do

As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient finance operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Present finance, insurance, extended warranty, and aftermarket product options to customers.
  • Secure financing approvals through lender relationships while obtaining competitive rates and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new lending institutions.
  • Prepare and process finance and lease transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor contracts in transit to ensure timely funding.
  • Verify title, lien, tax, and contract documentation prior to accounting.
  • Process credit applications and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate customers on manufacturer and dealership service protection programs.
  • Support and train the sales team on finance products and programs.
  • Track finance performance, generate penetration and commission reports, and assist with forecasting.
  • Ensure all insurance, finance fees, and required documentation are collected and maintained.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of contracts and required forms.
  • Cross-train a team member to support F&I operations when needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Sales Manager in a dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance, lending, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
