Senior Finance Analyst, Google Workspace, GTM Finance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or anotherquantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting,or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting,forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational companysetting.
• Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy orsimilar.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and form strong working relationships with business partners.
• Strong problem solving and financial modeling skills including comfort with SQL and ambiguous data exploration.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead monthly forecasting by aligning Sales, Operations, and Product Financeto consolidate metrics (seats, business, bookings). Automate models,dashboards, and reports for faster, deeper insights.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales, Operations, and Marketingleadership. Present financial narratives and track Objectives and Key Results(OKRs) in key business reviews.
• Drive North America annual planning, delivering recommendations for subregionproduct splits across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on performance, profitability, and strategic priorities to guide executive decision-making.
• Foster strong alignment across regional finance, product finance, andcross-functional teams to share knowledge, refine processes, and executejoint initiatives.
