CBT:
Starting rate of $32.00 per hour
RBT:
Starting rate of $30.00 per hour
BT:
Starting rate of $28.00 per hour
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track progress and maintain quality
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
- Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
- Behavior Technician (BT):
Complete a 40‑hour paid training program over two consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting, and pass the RBT exam within 45 days - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting - Training availability (BT / RBT):
Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 (pay increase per level upon competency completion)
- Apprenticeship program: training and supervision hours provided
- Full‑tuition scholarship opportunity at Temple University to pursue a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
