New graduates are genuinely welcome, and NPs or PAs with five or more years of RN experience are also considered. The physician owner is on site, formal onboarding is in place, and you will not be left alone with a panel.

- Diagnose and manage acute presentations and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disease
- Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic imaging; coordinate specialty referrals
- Deliver medication and lifestyle counseling in Korean, adapted to the individual patient
- Document accurately and on time in eClinical Works
- Collaborate with the physician owner and provider team on complex presentations
Required:
- Advanced or native Korean fluency (hard requirement; cannot be substituted)
- Active Maryland APRN or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
- FNP-BC or PA-C certification
- Active DEA registration
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Comfortable caring for adult patients 18 and over
- Compassionate approach; practice explicitly wants someone who treats patients like family
Preferred:
- Prior primary care experience as NP, PA, or ambulatory RN
- Experience serving first-generation immigrant patients or in a language-concordant care setting
- Interest in building a long-term panel
- $125,000–$150,000/year + productivity bonus
- Flexibility of 5–10% above range for candidates with 5+ years of experience
- Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
- Onsite by default; hybrid or telehealth days possible for the right candidate
- Maryland licensure costs and CEU covered by employer
- Formal onboarding program
- Immediate hire
