Wage Range: $26.16 - $41.82 per hour
15% Per Diem Pay

Job Summary:Responsible for scheduling all inpatient, outpatient surgery center, and outpatient clinic procedures with standards established by Evergreen Health Surgical Services and Evergreen Health Surgical Center. Responsible for obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Assists in other clerical duties required for the efficient operations of the clinic.
Primary Duties:- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of scheduling experience in a medical environment
- Strong medical terminology, including anatomy and physiology.
- Keyboarding: 45 words per minute.
- Possess spelling, punctuation, grammar and numerical skills
- College or vocational training in medical terminology/insurance and billing
- Experience with surgery scheduling
- Knowledge of Medicare, DSHS, and other third party reimbursement regulation
