- Kirkland has a Korean-speaking family waiting for the right caregiver, and we are hiring right away. We are looking for Korean speaking home caregivers, including live-in opportunities, with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credentials who want meaningful, stable work supporting Korean-speaking seniors in their homes. • 시급 $22-$28 (경력에 따라 결정)

• 고객 간 이동 시간도 근무 시간으로 인정 (유급 운전 시간) 및 마일리지 지원

We welcome passionate home care caregivers who are:

• Conversational or fluent in Korean (required)

• Available to start soon

• Compassionate and dependable

• Experienced (1 year preferred)

• CNA or HCA certified in Washington State

• Able to pass a background check

• Capable of assisting with ADLs

• Reliable drivers with their own transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

As a caregiver / CNA / HCA supporting Korean-speaking clients, you will support seniors with:

• Companionship and conversation in Korean

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

• Meal prep (including familiar Korean cuisine when requested) and medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Transportation to appointments and errands

• Creating a safe, comfortable, culturally familiar home environment

• Specialized care engagement programs we designed

We support our caregivers, CNAs, and Home Care Aides with:

• $22-$28/hr pay range (DOE)

• Paid inter-client drive time plus mileage reimbursement

• 1.5x holiday differential on major holidays

• Caregiver/client referral bonus

• Paid orientation

• Paid training and continuing education

• Paid time off and paid sick time

• Supportive office team available 7 days a week
