Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Assistant to join our team in Washington As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay

This is a contract position with no English language requirements making it an ideal opportunity for Pakistani and Kenyan nationals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations for local attractions restaurants and transportation
• Make reservations for guests at local establishments
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly

• No prior experience required training will be provided on the job
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
