Position Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (GTM)

Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to leaders across our Sales, Marketing, and International teams. This role provides comprehensive HR support, including organizational planning, employee relations, talent management, performance development, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness. The Sr. HRBP partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and support the growth of a high-performing, globally connected workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and International leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support leaders in driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee development, feedback, and difficult conversations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and attract top talent across assigned business groups.
- Support onboarding and integration efforts to ensure new employees have a positive and productive experience.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with leaders to develop learning and development strategies.
- Lead succession planning and talent review discussions to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Support organizational changes, including restructuring, business growth initiatives, and international workforce planning.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on annual compensation planning, merit increases, promotions, and bonus processes while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment regulations, partnering with external Employers of Record (EORs) and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and support internal audits and reporting requirements.
- Act as a role model for ethical leadership, collaboration, and professional HR practices.
- Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years serving as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, or other professional services organizations.
- Experience supporting international employees through Employers of Record (EORs) or multinational work forces preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
- Experience supporting high-growth technology companies.
- Experience partnering with global teams and managing HR programs across multiple countries.
- Familiarity with compensation planning and organizational design.
- Primarily office-based with a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Frequent interaction with leaders and employees across multiple business functions and time zones.
