Role Description
The Technical Recruiter role at Schaub Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Kirkland, WA. In this role, the Technical Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and technology-adjacent positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, crafting job postings, proactively searching for talent through multiple channels, and maintaining a structured candidate pipeline.
The Technical Recruiter will coordinate interview logistics, provide feedback to candidates, support offer negotiations, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. This role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting, including familiarity with common technical roles, skills, and hiring needs in technology environments.
- Proven capability in Hiring activities, such as screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In, job boards, networking platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Kirkland, WA, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Prior experience recruiting in the technology sector or for technical roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
