The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering is a senior HR executive responsible for aligning enterprise people strategies with business priorities across Practice Tek. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the CHRO and senior business leaders to build high-performing organizations through organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, workforce planning, talent strategy, change leadership, and employee relations.
