What You’ll Do:- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release, with a focus on new application development and redesign of existing functionality
- Collaborate closely with developers using tools like Figma to define intuitive, modern, and user‑friendly interfaces
- Partner with developers to translate product requirements into high‑quality, scalable software solutions
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, customer requests, and usage analytics to inform roadmap priorities
- Define and measure KPIs to track the success and adoption of product enhancements
- Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders, customers, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Maintain a strong understanding of the aerospace, manufacturing, and supply chain domains to inform product direction
- Balance technical understanding with customer empathy to deliver value‑driven features
- 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with B2B or enterprise customers
- Experience working with Figma or similar design tools in collaboration with developers
- Demonstrated success building or revamping complex applications with cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Comfort navigating both high‑level strategy and detailed execution
- Technical fluency; able to discuss architecture, APIs, and integration approaches with developers
- Passion for user experience, process improvement, and solving real‑world business challenges
- Familiarity with the aerospace or manufacturing sectors
- Experience with supply chain, quality management, or compliance‑related software
- Help shape the next generation of a platform used by thousands of global manufacturers
