- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data analytics and process.
- Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- 3 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project and leading daily activities.
- 3 years of program management experience redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.
- Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to deliver business tools and systems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized application development processes for the global Google Data Center (GDC) organization.
- Enable the collection of critical path process metrics from Tech Optimization and Platform Solutions (TOPS) managed systems.
- Aid in the development and implementation of a horizontal customer engagement process to efficiently triage, prioritize, and route feedback from TOPS stakeholders and system users.
- Support the establishment of a GDC process and systems architecture framework to enable strategic prioritization and decision‑making related to process re‑engineering and system development programs.
- Provide technical program management support for GDC operational domains (e.g., data center operations, CSRM) as needed.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $138,000–$198,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
