Position: Program Manager II, Software Engineering, Google Ads

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Release Management (SRM), or feature planning and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing end-to-end feature planning or prioritization efforts on software releases.
  • Experience with Ads domain (e.g., search, display, video, shopping, measurement) or UX.
  • Experience with machine learning or data science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Enterprise Platform (EP) consists of Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Display and Video 360 (DV360) enterprise advertising platforms.

DV360 is the preferred demand-side platform of major global media ad agencies to unify their display and video advertising data, media, and measurement, to achieve unparalleled buying efficiencies, advertiser ROI, and audience targeting precision across all digital channels. DV360 plays a crucial role in Google's strategy to accelerate the shift of traditional TV ad budgets to digital platforms, capitalizing on the growing trend of media consolidation by offering a comprehensive solution for unified programmatic buying with unique inventory access.

DV360 is the only DSP where agencies can buy You Tube, campaign optimization suite and cross-channel measurement.

As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with the engineering and product management teams, as well as relevant cross-functional stakeholder teams, to enable the business to deliver its top priorities.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to You Tube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
