* Minimum qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
+ 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
+ 5 years of experience with SaaS products in the relational database space.
+ 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

* Preferred qualifications:

* + Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
+ 10 years of experience building and running cloud database service.
+ 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

Experience with generative AI and building agentic systems.

As the Lead Group Product Manager for Cloud SQL Platform, you will be responsible for driving the outlook, strategy, roadmap and delivering results across multiple areas of Cloud SQL Platform including performance, availability and security. You will also lead the charter to drive adoption of AI to improve product experiences across the platform areas.
In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers to deliver on the outlook and strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration, delivery and team health.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
