Join Electronic Arts as an AI Enablement Architect Lead, responsible for designing and deploying production AI solutions in the XO AI Labs team to enhance fan and employee experiences across EA's portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesThe role focuses on AI‑driven transformation, building scalable solutions, and leading cross‑functional teams:
- Lead AI evangelism and champion AI as a growth and efficiency accelerator.
- Stay current with AI technology trends and identify opportunities across EA Experiences.
- Architect and prototype production AI solutions that integrate with business processes.
- Collaborate closely with teams to understand challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive organizational transformation, change management, and scale impact.
- Communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.
- 8+ years experience in architecting, developing, and deploying production solutions with strong engineering, infrastructure, and security practices.
- Proficiency in Python; C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are beneficial.
- Experience with agentic AI tools (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code) and spec‑driven development.
- Deep expertise in prompt engineering and agentic architectures, tool calling, and MCP.
- Knowledge of AI assistants, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, model tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, guardrails.
- Background in content creation, data analytics, and business transformation is highly valuable.
- Comprehensive understanding of AWS services, microservices design, observability, infrastructure‑as‑code, and CI/CD.
- Ability to address legal, ethical, and security implications of AI.
- Strong collaboration, creative, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience integrating AI with AAA console/PC games and business is a plus.
Pay ranges are contingent on location:
- British Columbia – $141,400 – $204,400 CAD
- Washington – $152,800 – $211,200 USD
