You will collaborate with clients on their SAP transformation initiatives, leveraging your mid-market and SAP delivery expertise, which involves:

• Supporting project leaders in establishing efficient workflows, tools, and governance processes, while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
• Assisting team leads with material preparation, decision documentation, action tracking, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Fostering strong relationships with client counterparts and guiding them in adopting best practices through clear and precise information sharing.
• Identifying and reporting risks, issues, and dependencies within your area of responsibility, while aiding in mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining and updating detailed plans, trackers, and documentation for enhanced alignment and transparency across work streams.
• Engaging in building team assets, playbooks, and knowledge capital, while continuously honing your own SAP and delivery expertise.

Travel may be necessary for this role, varying from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requests.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a SAP Project Management/Delivery Excellence consultant, with hands‑on experience in relevant technologies and responsibilities.
• At least 2 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and overall Delivery Excellence.
