Our thirst for technology is a part of everything we do. The Data Center Engineering team takes the physical design of our data centers into the future. Our lab mirrors a research and development department -- cutting-edge strategies are born, tested and tested again. Along with a team of great minds, you take on complex topics like how we use power or how to run state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly facilities.
You're a visionary who optimizes for efficiencies and never stops seeking improvements -- even small changes that can make a huge impact. You generate ideas, communicate recommendations to senior-level executives and drive implementation alongside facilities technicians. With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).
As a Data Center Control Systems Engineer, you will join our team and act as a technical leader in the design and strategy of our global data center infrastructure. In this role, you'll leverage your deep expertise to define the future of our complex, mission-critical facilities. You will be a recognized domain expert in facility control systems and have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving long-term technical roadmaps.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $121000 - $175000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Develop scope, requirements for cybersecurity initiatives to drive the design, implementation, testing of secure, resilient operational technology (OT) security solutions. Perform design document and drawing development, implementation and lab and on-site testing of cybersecurity solutions. Serve as a technical liaison and collaborate between cross-functional teams to resolve complex design, integration, and deployment issues in mission-critical environments. Perform design sustaining and life cycling activities during pre and post deployment, and operations for cybersecurity solutions and OT infrastructure components (e.g., networking, SCADA/HMI servers, clients, software).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maturation of the OT environment to drive risk reduction.
