* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

+ 2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

* + Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.

+ 2 years of experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, or C++.

+ 2 years of experience with machine learning systems.

The mission of the Trust and Safety Ad Traffic Quality team is to make the ads ecosystem universally trusted and defended against invalid Traffic. We analyze billions of events and create scalable methods to stop motivated fraudsters from causing harm. When we get this right, we help users, advertisers, publishers, and Google gain information and monetize the internet safely and usefully.

On this team, you are a big-picture thinker and strategic leader. You will understand the user's point of view and will be passionate about using your combined technical, sales and customer service acumen to protect our users. You will work globally and cross-functionally with Google developers and Product Managers to navigate challenging online safety situations and handle abuse and fraud cases at Google speed.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
