As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Our mission is to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across Google Cloud Business Platform initiatives. We act as the connective tissue, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Managers, and UX teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver innovative, high-impact cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead highly ambiguous, large-scale programs from inception to launch.
• Define strategic roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively mitigate systemic risks.
• Guide our operational modernization by identifying, evaluating, and scaling advanced AI tools.
• You will lead the implementation of these critical efficiencies across the SDLC to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Design and deploy intelligent, frictionless workflows that accelerate time-to-market, allowing our engineering partners to focus entirely on innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technical leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and set the standard for execution, driving our mission to build a robust operational foundation.
