- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.

- Experience designing simple interfaces for AI agents or predictive automation tools.
- Expert in complex interaction design and enterprise SaaS architectures.
- Expert in classic Design tools and fluency in using AI design toolings and workflows.
- Proven track record of defining "North Star" design visions in ambiguous spaces.
- Excellence in presenting complex data, metrics, and logs clearly.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executives.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
You will drive the strategic design goal for Google Cloud’s next-generation Autonomous Networking and Agentic AI initiatives. Navigating high levels of ambiguity, you will lead the transition from manual, tool-centric network management to goal-oriented, autonomous user experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional (xfn) partners and executive leadership to embed forward-looking AI concepts into the customer-facing product roadmap, ensuring Cloud Networking remains at the forefront of cloud infrastructure innovation.
