All-Source Tradecraft and Governance Analyst
The Opportunity:With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence expert to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. At Booz Allen, you'll use your industry knowledge to execute solutions within military intelligence in support of AI governance.
We're seeking your advisory skills to join our team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
As an all-source intelligence expert, you'll bring your tradecraft knowledge as we uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions as well as model future events and correlations. You'll work with a development team to use emerging technologies including data science to process metadata and content for discovery purposes.
You'll provide the client with support for the planning and implementation of AI governance. You'll use critical, information-based research and analysis to relay findings to decision-makers. You'll work closely with a team of trusted advisors who share knowledge and findings that drive change.

You Have:Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including written deliverables using ICD 203 tradecraft
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Ability to work on cross-functional Agile teams with technical teammates
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis, or 7+ years of experience with analysis in lieu of a degree
Experience authoring DoD or DIA product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
Ability to support AI governance work
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or quantitative social science preferred;
Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or quantitative social science a plus
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
