  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting).
  • Experience in the creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in directly supporting product or engineering teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience building and using AI tools.
  • Experience transforming manual business processes into automated workflows.
  • Familiar with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: AICPA Trust Principles (e.g., SOC
    2), ISO 27000 series, NIST controls, data protection, and AI governance frameworks.
