- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting).
- Experience in the creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in directly supporting product or engineering teams in a fast paced environment.
- Experience building and using AI tools.
- Experience transforming manual business processes into automated workflows.
- Familiar with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: AICPA Trust Principles (e.g., SOC
2), ISO 27000 series, NIST controls, data protection, and AI governance frameworks.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
