- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience managing user experience teams, setting roadmap and direction.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role interfacing with senior executives.
- Experience defining technical strategy and building a team.
- Automotive industry experience defining or delivering an In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system or IVI component.
- Experience leading a team that has shipped an Android consumer product, or significantly contributed technically to that product, ideally in automotive.
- Experience in cross-team collaboration and working in a multi-disciplinary team.

As the Director of User Experience for Android Auto will serve as a leader on the Android Auto team and will be responsible for delivering and influencing an end‑user experience across all partners with OEMs as well as internal stakeholders.
