Corporate Counsel; Technology

• Compensation: Base Up to $140k + Bonus + Benefits

We’re hiring a Contract Corporate Counsel for a fast-growing technology company
, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working close to the business and supporting complex, tech-driven deals.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts
• Support both US and international business teams across sales, operations, and product
• Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal structures
• Partner cross-functionally to enable growth while protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests
• Help build and scale internal legal processes and best practices as the company grows

• 4–8+ years of legal experience (tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy environments strongly preferred)
• JD and active license to practice law in the US
• Strong experience with commercial agreements, licensing, and IP-related matters
• Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
