Base pay range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year.

Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level |
Employment type: Full‑time.

Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare tax returns and provide guidance and technical advice on complex tax issues to high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and their businesses to help maximize tax efficiency.
  • Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax planning opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff tax professionals, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring high quality of work.
  • Conduct business development activities to attract new clients.
  • Support special projects, including tax research and analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax accounting, particularly with high‑net‑worth individuals and their businesses.
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Desire to grow professionally and attain Sr. Manager and Partner roles.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management, task delegation, and providing feedback and guidance.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to explain complex tax issues to clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary & Benefits
  • Pay: Competitive salary plus annual bonus, 150‑175k for Manager, 175‑200k for Sr. Manager.
