Wage Range: $101,213 - $161,907 per year
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
Job Summary:Oversees the success and continuous improvement of a portfolio of digital health and care transformation initiatives across the inpatient environment. Supports the planning and execution of complex cross functional projects intended to drive care transformation and build a digitally native care delivery ecosystem. Partners with operational teams to lead ongoing improvement of existing initiatives across the organization. Anticipates and assists in resolving project related issues to deliver anticipated results on time and within budget.
Develops the infrastructure needed to support Evergreen Health’s goal of providing effective patient centered, digitally enabled care. Develops curriculum for creating a culture of continuous improvement and leads related staff, providers, and leadership training. Collaborates with various departments to ensure programmatic success.
Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing (MSN) may be substituted for BSN
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or holding a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- 3 years of clinical experience working in an inpatient setting (Med Surg/ICU, PACU, etc.)
- 3 years of demonstrated process improvement and or program management experience
- Strong healthcare knowledge
- Ability to identify and understand project problems and issues and develop solutions
- Ability to balance technical, marketing, operational and business perspectives
- Ability to drive issues to closure, excellent follow-through skills and experience leading work on large-scale projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Master’s in Nursing (MSN)
- Experience in healthcare construction or facility management
- Experience and familiarity working with electronic medical record systems (EMR), such as Epic
- Six Sigma or Lean certification or work experience
- Project Management certificate
